Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of rasya.tech and the 3D and AR services offered by Armaya Technologies (Rasya), a proprietorship registered at ND-25, Bikrampura, Neela Mahal, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001, India. By accessing the website or using our services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Rasya creates photoreal 3D and AR menus and product experiences for restaurants and e-commerce businesses, including photogrammetry capture, model optimization and delivery as web AR. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each customer are set out in a separate written quote, order or agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you use the services for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

You agree not to:

• use the website or services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt or overload them;
• copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or resell our models, software or content without permission;
• upload or submit material that infringes the rights of others or contains malicious code.

You keep ownership of the products, dishes, logos, photographs and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them to capture, produce, host and deliver the 3D and AR assets you ordered, and, unless you tell us otherwise in writing, to show the finished work as an example of our services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to give us this content.

The website, Rasya name and logo, software, pipelines and templates belong to Armaya Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as agreed in writing, nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. Ownership and licence of the finished 3D assets delivered to you are as stated in your order or agreement.

Example models shown on the website are provided to demonstrate our services. Third-party names, marks and links belong to their owners. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites.

Fees, taxes (including GST where applicable) and payment terms are those stated in your written quote, order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable in Indian rupees within the period shown on the invoice.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Web AR depends on the user’s device, operating system and browser, and we do not guarantee that every device will display every model or feature. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Armaya Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you provide or from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

We may suspend or end access to the website or services if you breach these terms. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any commitments in your written agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of the website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
